Do you know what you're eating?

I agree that restaurats are making foods more flavourful atthe expense of health. Iguess no one would eat there if the food didn't taste good! But if you're careful you can still go out and eat. To use Outback as a good example again, have the seven ounce filet, it has very little fat on it. Ask for no spices on it, because of the high salt content, have the vegetables without butter instead of the potato and have the salad with dressing on theside. And just one glass of wine. This is what I eat whenver I go to Outback. It's still more calories than what i'd cook at hme, sure, but it's not fun staying in all the time, ya know?
best not to ask what is in a sausage I suspect
I was watching this show of this English cook trying to make school food healthier in England... In any case, he showed how packaged chicken nuggets were made... and I have to say it was disgusting... hardly any chicken...
