How Exciting!!

Hello all!! It has been such a nice week for me.   Well for one I have a new blog.  I have finally found the courage to write and express my beliefs, opinions and thoughts online.  I know I may be opening myself to a whole lot of criticisms and maybe even flaming, but hey, the net is as democratic as it can get.

Anyway... I am a housewife and I will have to admit that blogging will be my daily breather.  With all the prices of commodities and gas going up, the need to take a breather becomes absolutely necessary to remain sane. 

Do not worry! This won’t be one of those didactic kinds of blogs.  It will just be semi-preachy not full pledged.  Nah! I will try not to and the only way to dilute that would be to write about other things and rest assured I will do so.  Variety is the spice of life after all.

So why has it been a nice week for me? Well, I am now a housewife.  This is a direct result of me being pregnant, finally.  After reaching a level of stability, my husband and I decided it was time to have a child and after months of planning, I am now pregnant. 

Of course, it is a fantastic excuse not to work but as my friends have informed me, I will be working now 24/7 and that it will be more tiring than going to the office. 

Nevertheless, this is a new chapter in my life and I am extremely excited.  I look forward to the ups and downs of pregnancy, the upcoming child, the designing of the baby room and the relief of blogging.  How exciting!!!!
